Learn how to respond to transfer errors through experimental exercises.

• Common to both HDD and network transfers (try first)
  • (1)-(3) Reduce the amount of data that places a load on transfer
  • (4)[TIPS] If the local patient database shows 100% full.
  • (5) Restart the system.
     
• Common to both HDD and network transfers (Capacity limit for DICOM transfer)
   
• HDD Transfer Error Correspondence
  • (1)Use a HDD directly connected to the host computer
  • (2)Instead of transferring directly to the HDD, first save the data to This PC and then copy it to the HDD.
     
• Network transfer error handling
  • Check the network (what can be done in the control room and equipment room)
  • Restart the ORTHANC server
     
• Search for solutions based on error messages
