Network transfer error handling

Ping Test Between MRI Console PC, ORTHANC, and NAS

The ping command checks if a computer or device on the network is responsive. It sends a small data packet from your computer to another, and if the target device receives and replies to it, the connection is active.

Open “System

Choose “Dicom Configuration

Choose “1.Enhance_ORTHANC

Click the arrow icon in the bottom right (Test this setting).

Wait for approximately 30 seconds to see the results.

This image is success screen.

Repeat the same process for "NAS".

Results:
The left  of each destination is
  • Green: Successful
  • Red: Failed

(1)Network Functioning Correctly

→ If both ORTHANC and NAS are successful, restart the ORTHANC server.
(Only a network administrator can perform this step.)

(2)Only ORTHANC Server is Offline
→ Perform checks and solutions available in SA Building.

→ Ensure there are no loose LAN cables in the control room or machine room.
