(3) Reducing Files in the FTP (E:) Drive’s [Dicom] and [Export] Folders

Open the Windows menu from the keyboard.

Select “This PC

Open “FTP (E:)

Navigate to the "Dicom" and "Export" folders.

Log files and diagnostic information (system status, error messages, and setting history) are automatically saved.

Right-click on unnecessary files and select "Delete".

*Delete files that have already been transferred or are no longer needed.

(4) [TIPS] Local Patient Database Showing 100% Full
Even if only 20%-30% is used, the Local Patient Database may incorrectly display "100%" in red (confirmed in February 2025).

Do not proceed with imaging in this state!
Even if imaging appears successful, the data may not be saved to the console.
Delete some old data until the 100% display disappears, then restart imaging.

Solution:
•    Deleting just 2-3 files often restores the correct 20%-30% usage display.
For this reason, you can keep the phantom and test run data undeleted, as it may be useful as a file that can be deleted if this issue occurs.
*Before finishing your experiment for the day, delete any unnecessary data.

(5)Exit and restart the application

Open “System”and select “Exit” to close the application termination.

On the login screen, select "Restart" to reboot the host computer.
