Error handling during HDD transfer

(1) Using the HDD Directly Connected to the Host Computer (Machine Room)

When transferring large amounts of data, errors may occur due to long transfer times. To prevent this, use the HDD directly connected to the host computer in the machine room.

📌 Speed Difference:
  • USB 2.0 (Control Room PC) → Slower
  • USB 3.0 (Host Computer Direct Connection) → Up to 10x faster

In File Export, click "Browse".

Select "HD-LXU".

Click "Proceed".

Safely remove the HDD.

Take it from the machine room and transfer data to the destination PC.

(2) Saving Data to "This PC" Before Copying to HDD

In File Export, click "Browse".

Navigate to "This PC" > "FTP (E:)".

Choose either "Dicom" or "Export"

Create a personal save folder.

Click "Proceed".

Open the Windows menu from the keyboard

Open "This PC"

Locate the external HDD.

Navigate to "FTP (E:)" and open the saved file.

Drag & drop the file into the external HDD.

🚨 After copying, delete the data from "This PC" to free up space.
