“Creating new value and pioneering the future”
I am engaged in education and research on “entrepreneurial human resources” who create new value on various scales, including themselves, the people around them, and their communities. Based on competence (ability), I am conducting educational research targeting a wide range of people, from elementary school students to working adults, on what kinds of activities enhance creativity, leadership, and collaborative skills, and what kind of educational curriculum should be developed to cultivate people's mindsets.
