Return to Summary ＞ Daily Routine MRI Room Inspection

The MRI room environment is checked approximately once a day.
Please fill out the check sheet when you use the room, if it has not already been filled out.

• Remaining amount of liquid helium
• Machine room air conditioning OK
• Dehumidifier OK
• Chiller (sound) OK
• Chiller OK
• Machine room environment (temperature)
• Machine room environment (humidity)
• Checker Sign

☑ Remaining amount of liquid helium
Check from the MRI console PC.

1. Use the windows button on the keyboard to Display windows menu
2. Click “Display Helium Level”
3. Click “Measure Helium Level”

If there is a deviation from the most recent values, please ask your safety supervisor for instructions.

☑ Machine room air conditioning OK

Check the panel on the left as you enter the machine room.
The air conditioning in the machine room is always on.

☑ Dehumidifiers OK

Tow dehumidifiers are located at the far end of the machine room.
Make sure they are in operation.

The dehumidifiers in the machine room is always on.

☑ Chiller (sound) OK
Listen and check if you hear a shackle, shackle sound.

☑ Chiller OK
Check to see if the chiller (cooling system) abnormality light is on.

☑ Machine room environment (temperature)
☑ Machine room environment (humidity)

Check the temperature and humidity readings on the silver steel rack on which the inventory is kept.
(They will be displayed alternately.)
