Recording (Audacity)

Open Audacity.

Select audio input

“ライン入力”(Line input)

Click

“Recording”

to start recording

Click

“Stop”

to stop recording

Click

“Export...”　from  “File” tub

to save the file.

Choose your intended folder,
Name your file and click

“保存”(Save)

Voice Recording

Voice is recorded during periodic mechanical sounds (trigger sounds) during imaging.

Speech analysis software such as Praat makes it easy to analyze
 

Remove blank scan time to match time with post-recorded scan.

e.g., if TR 2 seconds, then 3 sheets (6 seconds)
*This may change if TR is long, so check for each experiment

The first sound from the beginning of the recording starts the scan,
the beginning of the periodic sound is the start of the experimental program, and
the time between the two blanks is removed from the analysis.
