NifTI transformation

Data acquired from the MRI scanner (in DICOM format) must be converted into a format compatible with SPM (NIfTI format).
This is done using the functionality available in MRIcroGL.

Launch MRIcroGL on your desktop (double-click).

from "Import" tub, select "Convert DICOM to NifTI"

At "Output Format:"
Select "Uncompressed NifTI(.nii)"

Drag and drop the .dcm file or DICOM folder onto the right side of the window.

The same applies to the following operations.

Drag and drop the .dcm file or DICOM folder onto

MRIcroGL folder > Resource folder > dcm2niix.exe

Check whether a file with the “.nii” extension has been created within the folder containing the .dcm file or within the DICOM folder.

Perform the same procedure for all EPIs (one per session) and T1.
