A tool for displaying MRI images (creating attractive figures for papers, etc.)
The included dcm2niix is very useful, so download it first.

Download MRIcroGL according to your OS.

Extract the compressed file and place it in an easy-to-reference location.

Make sure that the two files

Double-click MRIcroGL 

Confirm that MRIcroGL starts.
*There is a possibility that it is blocked by security, but you can start it by clicking
