This page explains how to create  the page of  Internal Limitted.
This form used in the case that you have information to release only for CogNAC faculties and members, not for public(ex. Edition of the official website and recruiting participants to the experiment).

1. Log in CMS
Please see the page below

2. Posting the Internal Limitted
Please click "Internal Limitted" in the CMC Main Page, next click "Internal Lmitted Add" tab, then you see the page like left.

Please create the article, and register contents texts and the images.

Next please click "Publish" button.
Then pelase reload the internal limtted page.

Please cofirm your article was uploaded successfully.
 

 

3. How to set the article not to be opend to the public
This form is for posting internal limitted, so that there is some cases the posted articles are not to be opened to the public(private).

In that case, you can confirm the article is not opened to the public, by setting "End date" (before today) in the option of Post Period (See the image left).

The private article is not displayed in website, so please click "Preview" to open the page during edition, and copy ,paste and the link URL to record it.

4. Link to the private (not to official) article
Please choose the article category that corresponds which you want to post from "Internal Limitted" list of CMS, and click "Edit".
(If you want to post about HP edtion please choose "HP-CMC Mannual",or if you want to post about planning of event and congress, please choose"The manual how to plan Event"

In addition, the please choose article only that is on display.
 

When you click "Edit", the page moves to article category, then the list is displayed.
(This page exemplifies the case adding an articles to "HP-CMS Mannual".)
Please input the name of the private article that you want to set link ,adding the list.
Please highlight the name of private article and click the mark of chain in the menu, then the window like left is displayed.

Next, please choose the link-type as "URL", and copy and paste the URL link in the URL column.
 

Please click "Preview" button, and make sure the link to the page you specified was setted successfully from the page of category.
