Network transfer

Click “Patients”tub,

Choose “Administration”

Expand your folder and select one data.

Since selecting an entire folder or multiple datas increases the volume of data and increases the possibility of transfer errors, in principle, select one data at a time.

Select  “1_Enhance_ORTHANC” ,

Click “Network” icon

Downloading from the ORTHANC server is available only within the IDAC network. 
External users (excluding collaborators) should use a dedicated external HDD instead of Network transfer.

Internal users should also save data via the dedicated external HDD if data transfer to the server does not work for some reason.

When the following message is displayed, the transfer is complete.

Status in the Job Queue window is
“Finished”

Network of Patient Administration window is
“COMPLETED”

※Job Queue is reflected immediately, but Patient Administration is not.
If you close the window and display it again, it may become COMPLETED.
 

Setting of automatic transfer

Automatic transfer at the end of each session.
Set per ExamCard.

Right-click on the ExamCard
Select “Enable Autopush to Workstation”
 

When the check mark appears on the left, the setup is completあe.
