How to prepare CONN

CONN
This tool runs on MATLAB and is used to analyze “functional connectivity” between areas of the brain. It also includes all preprocessing steps, making it convenient to use as a preprocessing tool.

How to install

Download CONN

Start MATLAB and select
“Home” > ‘Environment’ > “Set Path”

Add Forder

Select conn, “Save”

Type
conn
in the command window of MATLAB and press Enter.

Check that the conn window appears.
・CONN functional connectivity toolbox
・CONN log history

If the above two items are displayed, you are ready to go.
