Delete data from MRI console PC ( Local Patient Databse )

Summary　＞　data transfer

Data in the MRI console PC should be deleted within 2 weeks of imaging.
The more data that accumulates in the console PC, the more load is placed on the transfer, and errors are likely to occur.

======= Routine after the transfer ===============

1. Download your data immediately
2. Convert from DICOM to NIfTI format
3. Check if the volume of the subject is correct (volume = number of sheets)
   *Note that the number of sheets may be insufficient after conversion, it is important to check the number of sheets
4. After confirming the data, be sure to delete the data from the MRI console.

●If you want to keep your data on the console PC
Please share the clarification of the relevant data in the following two places.

• Post a sticky note near the PC.
• Share it with the MRI Management Committee (Slack)

▲！Data taken more than two weeks ago and not shared as described above can be deleted by other experimenters.

●If you cannot delete the data yourself
Ask another experimenter to delete your data.

 

How to delete
Click “Patient” tub,

Choose “Administration”

Select the tranferd data,

“Delete”
