How to create the article that reports the Events

After the event which was posted on CogNAC website as "plan", you should modify the article as "report" news.In addition, some photos which was took view of the event are needed to prepare.

1. Log in CMS

2. Edition of News Article
Please click "Post the news", next choose the article about the event which already done from the page left (This is limited only the editor who has right to edit).
 

Please change the type of article as "report" in the page displayed left. At the same time, please change the sentences as past tense. 


Ex)
(Before)On ***(Month) **th (Day), we will hold the symposium about research of XXX.

(After) On ***(Month) **th (Day), we held the symposium about research of XXX.

 

4. Posting photos for report
Please post the photos which was took view of event. For this process, "Add the block" is recommendable. When you  click this, the new submission form of text and image will be developed(Left). Please make sure that the image locates left of the text usually, so you need to consider their locations and paragraphs.


 


Next please post the photos and text.

After you finished the creating article, please click "Publish" button.


5. Confirmation of News that you posted
 Next, please reload the "News" page,
https://cognac.tohoku.ac.jp/eng/news/index.php
 and confirm your article was modified successfully.


6.To add the article for faculties' profile
