Keep a record (photos, notes, etc.) of your ExamCard, as you will need it for analysis and writing your paper.

Double-click on the ExamCard.
Protocols will be displayed.

Summary Tab
voxel size(mm):the smallest unit of imaging
Echo Time【TE】(ms):the time from pulse irradiation until the magnetization of the hydrogen nucleus is excited to generate an echo signal
Repetition Time【TR】(ms):Interval of pulse irradiation, repetition time associated with whole brain imaging

Field of View【FOV】(mm):Size of the slice
Matrix size: Resolution of the image. It is usually expressed as the number of columns (e.g., 64 × 64), and the higher the number, the higher the spatial resolution.
Number of slices (slices): number of images comprising the whole brain

Contrast Tab
flip angle(℃):Rotation angle for excitation of hydrogen nuclei

Geometry Tab
Slice Thickness(mm):the thickness of the section for each scan. The smaller the thickness, the higher the modological detail.
Slice spacing (mm): the distance between adjacent sections; if 0 mm, the sections are contiguous and missing data and overlapping images are avoided.

Slice orientation: the direction of the intercept during the scan. It determines from which angle the image is acquired, such as transverse, coronal, or sagittal.
Phase encoding direction/fold direction: refers to the direction in which the phase of the image is encoded in an fMRI scan, such as anteroposterior (A/P), lateral (R/L), or head to foot (H/F). It affects the artifacts (false images) that appear in the image.

Slice order: order of imaging (ascending: from foot direction / descending: from parietal direction / or specified by slice number)
FH = Foot-Head = from foot direction = ascending

Dry/Ang Tab
Volume [dyn scans] (sheets): number of sets of 3D images acquired during the fMRI experiment (whole brain acquired)

*Enter according to the length of the experiment.
Example:
dyn scans=302 (whole brain acquired 302 times)
TR=2000 (2 seconds to acquire the whole brain)
In the case of,
302 x 2 = 604 (seconds)
which corresponds to a session of about 10 minutes

If TR=2000 and the session is 5 minutes
Set dyn scans to about 152
