Phantom
At the beginning of the day and after breaks in the MRI machine, phantom imaging is performed with a water bottle to check the MRI machine before imaging the subject.

Setting
Place the water bottle in the head position and also set the coil.
After positioning as usual, the bed is placed into the MRI.

The water bottle is located in the lower left “phantom” door on the shelf.

Console PC Operation

Open “Patients” tab,

Choose “New Examination”

Select “Phantom”

Click “Confirm and Proceed”

In Phantom, imaging survay and any one session.

Click “Start Scan”

Double click on the yellow mark on the left side of the ExamCard for the next session.

Select imaging area,
Click “Accept”

Even in the phantom, setting the imaging range to the position where the water bottle is located, since imaging an empty area will result in noise.

Click “Start Scan”

For functional images, a confirmation screen is displayed.
Click “OK”
to start imaging.

If no problems are found (1-2 minutes), stop the phantom.

Click “Stop Scan”
to terminate the phantom.
