Download SPM12.
https://github.com/spm/spm12

Unzip the file and place it in an easily accessible location.

Start MATLAB and select
“Home” > ‘Environment’ > “Set Path”

Add subfolders

Select SPM12, "Save"

Type

spm
in the command window and press Enter.

Check that the SPM12 window appears.

Select "fMRI"

・Menu Window
・Graphic Window
・Sub Window

If the above three items are displayed, you are ready to go.
