The theme of the 3rd Future Talent Research Meeting is "Future Talent Sought by Companies."
While AI and DX are advancing remarkably today, their momentum is expected to grow even stronger in the future. For sustainable corporate activities, it is hoped that this situation will lead to organizational transformation and the creation of systems that facilitate the activities of individuals and organizations. This symposium will deepen discussions on the future talent needed for corporate activities, using keywords such as digital talent, resilience, troubleshooting, and entrepreneurship.
